How does FASTLANE® RUN work?
Powered by a 5 HP hydraulic motor with HYDRODRIVE® technology, the FASTLANE® RUN motorized aquatic treadmill delivers smooth, reliable belt movement underwater. A remote control lets you easily adjust the speed from 0.8 to 8.85 km/h.

Aquatic treadmill
The unit is installed underwater and offers a comfortable running surface of 115 cm x 50 cm.
With its innovative HYDRODRIVE® hydraulic system, FASTLANE® RUN delivers 52 adjustable speed levels, from a gentle 0.8 km/h walk to an intense 8.85 km/h run.
Hydraulic Hoses
The aquatic treadmill is connected to the Power unit by two hydraulic hoses, which circulate biodegradable oil between the two units.
The hoses can optionally be extended up to 30 meters while maintaining full performance.
Hydraulic Power Unit
The 5 HP (3.7 kW) hydraulic power unit is installed outside the pool, in the equipment room or technical area.
Since this is the only component connected to the electrical supply, all electricity remains safely away from the pool environment.

To install FASTLANE® RUN, the pool must have a minimum area of 1,70 m. wide x 2,04 m. long.
There is no fixed minimum depth for FASTLANE® RUN. The ideal depth depends on the user’s height and the type of workout, although a water depth between 1,10 m. and 1,50 m. is recommended.

FASTLANE® RUN requires a pre-installed support frame in the pool shell during construction. Once the pool is finished — and before it is filled — the unit is mounted onto this support, and the hydraulic lines are routed to the equipment room for connection to the hydraulic power unit.
FASTLANE® RUN is a hydraulic system consisting of two main components: an aquatic treadmill installed on the pool floor, and a hydraulic power unit located outside the pool in the equipment room. The two units are connected by two hydraulic hoses and a grounding connection.
Yes. A dedicated recess can be built into the pool floor to accommodate the FASTLANE® RUN system, so the unit sits fully flush with the surrounding surface.
FASTLANE® RUN must be integrated during the pool construction process, which means it is currently not available for installation in existing pools.
Yes. FASTLANE® RUN is fully compatible with saltwater chlorination systems.
However, because saltwater can have a corrosive effect on metallic components, some additional installation and maintenance guidelines must be followed.
FASTLANE® RUN is fully compatible with saltwater chlorination systems, but it does require some additional care and maintenance:
- it is essential that all grounding connections are properly installed and connected.
- Water chemistry must also be maintained within the correct levels, as specified in our warranty:
- Recommended water chemistry levels:
- PH: between 7.4 and 7.8.
- Free residual chlorine: below 1.3 mg/L.
- Total alkalinity: between 80 and 120 ppm.
- Chlorine and salt levels: below 4,000 ppm.
- Total dissolved solids: below 7,000 ppm.
Failure to properly connect the grounding system or maintain the correct water chemistry may void the warranty.
Important note: during regular pool maintenance, do not add salt directly next to FASTLANE® RUN.
Salt should always be added as far away from the system as possible to prevent high salt concentrations from causing corrosion damage to stainless steel components.
The system runs on a 5 HP single-phase motor with a power rating of 3.7 kW.
Despite its performance, energy consumption during use is very efficient — in many cases, heating a pizza in the oven can cost more than a one-hour FASTLANE® RUN workout.
Like any motor or mechanical system, FASTLANE® RUN requires proper maintenance to ensure long-term performance. Maintenance guidelines may vary depending on the pool’s water treatment system, especially between conventional chlorine pools and saltwater chlorination pools.
